This department deals with property management and transactions surrounding the ownership and transfer of interest in property. We act for purchasers, vendors and financial instructions that are involved in the acquisition and disposal of industrial, commercial, residential and agricultural property. The bulk of our work includes drawing, negotiating and registration of transaction documents.

We act for clients to Purchase or Sell their interests in real property in the Kenyan Jurisdiction including but not limited to Apartments, Land.
b). Probate and Administration Cases
We act for clients seeking to divest estate from the Deceased and Transfer the interest in the estate to the Beneficiaries accordingly including preparation of Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorney, to name a few.
c). Environment and Land Court Cases
In collaboration with our litigation department, we also offer our expertise in disputes arising from Land transactions and contracts between petitioners and third parties individuals or institutions.
d). Banking and securities
We act for clients seeking to acquire facilities from any of the lending institutions in the country as well as discharging any Charges or Mortgages.
