Vincent Odhiambo

Mr. Odhiambo is one of the two founding partners at the firm. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB Hons) from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law, and was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2019.

He heads the Litigation Department. Having previously worked with busy firms, mostly in their litigation departments, he gained extensive experience in litigation, particularly disputes arising from banking transactions between banks and third parties. He has acted for leading banks in recovery proceedings and represented insurance firms in a range of claims.

He also has experience in criminal litigation, having represented clients facing charges and investigations.

Ms. Wanzau is one of the two founding partners at the firm. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB Hons) from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law, and was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2019.

She heads the Conveyancing Department. Having previously worked with the firm of Abdulrahman Saad & Associates Advocates as the lead conveyancing associate, she gained extensive experience in conveyancing transactions, commercial transactions and intellectual property matters.

Fees, cover & compliance

Transparency matters to us. Here is how we charge, how you are protected and our standing as a firm.

Our fee structure is largely guided by the Advocates Remuneration Order. We accommodate a range of clients and remain flexible in our fee arrangements.

We ask for a deposit towards fees to defray initial costs. This is reflected in the final fee note when the matter concludes.

The firm holds professional indemnity cover of KSh 10M with a reputable insurance company, to protect our clients' interests.

This firm is not insolvent, in receivership, bankrupt or in the process of being wound up, and is not the subject of legal proceedings relating to any of these. Neither the firm nor its partners have been debarred from participating in public procurement or found ineligible on account of corruption or fraudulent practices.

The firm has not been involved in any corrupt practices and is not the subject of investigation by any agency. The partners of the firm are qualified to enter into contract with clients in respect of section 33 of the Public Procurement and Disposal Act, 2005.

The firm has the qualifications, capability, experience, resources, equipment and facilities necessary to provide top-notch legal services.
