FEES

The firm’s fee structure is largely guided by the Advocates Remuneration Order. The firm is also able to accommodate various clients and remains flexible in its fee arrangement with the clients.

We will require that the client make payment of the fees as a deposit in order to defray initial costs. This will be reflected in the final fee note upon conclusion of the matter.

PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY

The firm has taken out professional indemnity cover to the tune of Kshs. 10M with a reputable insurance company in order to protect the clients' interest and achieve the firm's goals.

DECLARATION

This firm is not insolvent, in receivership, bankrupt or in the process of being wound up and is not subject of legal proceedings relating to the foregoing. The firm or its partners have not been debarred from participating in public procurement or ineligible on account of corruption or fraudulent practices.

The Firm has not been involved in any corrupt practices and is not the subject of investigation by any agency.

The partners of the Firm proposed for the project are qualified to enter into contract with the Client in respect of section 33 of the Public Procurement and Disposal Act 2005.

Finally, the company has the necessary qualifications, capability, experience, resources, equipment and facilities to provide top-notch legal services.
