Frequently asked questions

At minimum: an official search, confirmation of the seller's identity and authority, any encumbrances or caveats, land rates and rent clearance, and the required consents. We carry these out before you commit any money.

Our fees are guided by the Advocates Remuneration Order, which scales with the value of the property. We confirm the fee and expected disbursements in writing before we start.
